Few would doubt that with its quality and standards PG is only going to gain in popularity. The camaraderie displayed here is striking. The extra willingness to help our own competitors even more surprising!

Coming back to Catalyctic who says that we need to show more respect to mods and not make smart comments...
Even if they are wrong.

A uniformity of rule must apply for one and all. Sycophancy and blind following doesnot behoove a forum like PG. What is wrong is wrong.

And they need to be told by us only, because we are one among them.

There is one thing which helps everyone in all spheres of life and that is courtesy. U can always tell a person that he/she is wrong without being rude...

u cant accuse or point at a person just becoz ur perspective is different from his..

Positive criticism is always welcomed and there is always a way to say that...

had wrote this becoz of some users who had gone overboard criticizing the mods..
(i think that user got banned)

Positive criticism - what if some of them can't even take that?

The slang used by a user is served with a ban, while a moderator describes his own usage of a slang as "can't be wrong, since I wrote that".

This is not the thread for discussions in the above posts. Please find the appropriate thread and post. Ghulam, again - although we appreciate your 'nudging' us ever so often - we know what are mods are about and are darned tired of hearing about it from you.

You have PM'd be and called me 'kiddish' and 'illogical' too.. Now you run after the mods .. Take it from me - just contribute and let us take care of the fine details.

No more posts on this thread on the above matter , except the discussion of the Title of the thread.

Long back when Shubham(who started quizzophile thrd) asked me to join PG, i thought it must be jus one of the sites on the net. Incidentally, Shubham Roy is in SIBM and a classmate of mine in RECWarangal. Both of us were fighting it out for the last posn in class.(Shubham , u there?)

Later thry cat-2003 i got 2 know abt PG. I just fell in luv with PG(the site).
Met anil the mod, and chatted with Allwin and Cahdoo couple of times.
Made a huge list of PGs in Yahoo mmsngr.

I also came to know about this forum through Time discussion board. though I have yet to learn how to go about in this forum, i love this place. it has been the only source of information for me for the past one month. i am a 20yr old going all alone to delhi. thanks to this forum i have already got to know some of my classmates and i don't feel alone now. i can't imagine what i would have done if not for PaGaLGuY.com and if not for PG who started it all. thankyou mate.

hey guys, jst saw this thread. and trust me, makes me feel sad that i joined PG so late.

anyways, better late than never.

when i joined it, i was active only on the Comm Service thread. Now, after almost 1.5 months of being here, I am practically addicted to PG.
