can you tell me how u dtermine the ranking like trainee pagal, hardcore pagal, addicted pagal etc. is it according to the stars() given to u..?? can u plz tell me d funda behind d stars too...?? Here i mean star=

It is determined by the system depending on the number of posts the user has made.

some minimum number of posts are set for each category of PaGaLs once the user makes so many posts he/she is rewarded with the title.

And the stars are shown depending on your Title.

Here is the list of ranks that you get:

Newbie: 0-29 posts. No star.
Trainee: 30-99 posts. 1 star.
Expert: 100-249 posts. 2 stars.
Hardcore: 250-749 posts. 3 stars.
Addicted: 750-1499 posts. 4 stars.
Certified: 1500+ posts. 5 stars.

That's it. No more stars. In case you have a rank or are a group member, like say you work for the HQ, or have a BSchool Rank, then you get a different coloured 5 star rank. Check mine for example. If someone has not properly adjusted their ranks display in the user CP, you'll see more than 5 stars, one set of 5 stars for each rank. Simple?
