All India PG Meet 2006 : Location Poll

Ok Guys...am back ( baah..as if you all missed me !!! )

We are going to have an All India PG meet in May. Most prolly on a sunday . We will conduct a poll for the date once we finalise the location.

So Puys, poll for your preferred location ASAP so we can proceed forward. And yes , please vote only if you are sure to come,and yes you can campaign for your preferred location by stating why

We are planning to have a big PG meet this time...preferably book a bus from a central location of the city and then we all proceed to a rock in a resort/amusement park for a whole day.

Games, contests , interaction and few insane things all going to be a part of this Baap of all meets !!!

Well, since this forum had started with MBA prep as a central idea and most of us are either MBA aspirant or the veterans or once-an-MBA aspirant, the Business Capital of India makes a lotsa sense for All India PG Meet.

About the 'why' part

1. Cuz I live here
2. Commonwealth chose Delhi as well
3. Tons of places around Delhi for a daybreak.
Gurgaon, Noida, Manesar

4. No commercial activity in residential areas anymore

Can any other city match those ??

PS - I love the hospitality and people of Mumbai tho. They are so polite to talk to

i think that the capital will be the best location but i may or maynt attend it .Bombay or Bangalore - definite no. And i think the time is ripe that we start recognizing the importance of India's 3rd largest city (and former capital )- Calcutta.
