wat i've been noticin for quite some time now is that many bday threads r bein converted into a spammers paradise.. they r alive even 2 months after the bday has passed.. i think the bday threads must b locked say a week or max 2 weeks frm the bday date.. wat say????

Well when the mods are so busy locking out spammers i wonder why they dont do anything about the happy birthday threads? the birthdays are listed for all to see and why not PM each person the birthday wish?? why start a thread fot that? ur lookin at potentially 10000 birthday threads at least in the next one year!!

i will be writin cat this yr ....for this xam i had been preparin since dec on gradual pace...but now i think i have lost it all. Please tell me how i can boost my confidence and reinvoke the same passion....m currently in final yr of my engg....please guide me
To be very frank i need help about
1. how to make a routine
2. how to start over for cat startin from now on..as in how to reschedule the strategy
3. my quant is d weak link so how to build on that

With all due respect, you have completely misunderstood what Illuminatus has suggested. Please go through his post again, he has only suggested that the Birthday threads should be closed after a certain period, he is not against crearting Birthday threads.

Yaar no personal attacks on this forum please. 773+ posts and you could ONLY see his birthday wishes? Come on, be fair to him . He has not created any useless thread, you see him as the thread creator because he likes to be the first person to wish a person on his/her birthday and all us appreciate that. If he doesn't create the thread, someone else will create it, so what difference does it make? Look at the number of replies to B'day threads created by him and you will understand what I am saying .

Chalo enough of this B'day wishes issue, let's post some useful suggestions on this thread.
