Hi all,

I kno i m thinking too far, but i hv alwaz been The far-sighted one

Pagalguy can open their own Coaching institutes for MBA/GMAT/GRE/IAS.
OR may be give permission to 'capable' ppl to use its brand name for its Institute, like 'Bull's Eye' is doing in Chandigarh. The centerhead is running the center and just using the name of Bulls Eye.

This will enable Pagalguy to have a constant source of revenue (which may be taken as a particular sum for every student registered )

I can bet the amount of rush Pg institutes will have..............
PG will ROCK.......

And it will happen 1 day...........

This is my 500th post and i m thinking of something 5 years down the lane .....
or may be just 5 months ,...
But i thing is SURE , It will happen one day--"PG Institute For Competitions"

Note: the idea is too generalized and open for discussion.........( 'capable')

the idea has been mooted - but the thing is - who is ready to do the groundwork? are you willing to take time out and approach the various centers? there are other problems which have been discussed (wrt this idea) ... nothing ever came out of it.

I have changed my avatar and my profile pic. Although my new avatar is displayed on all the posts, when I log in it still shows me my old profile pic. I have tried reloading the pic but no effect.
Any suggestions?

Has to be an issue with your browser cache... Try Control-refresh or empty your browser cache and check it again

well guys this is to bring forward an issue regarding the lesser known institutes ........ the on ething that i have noticed is that the threads regarding the lesser known institutes more often than not go into oblivion within days of its first brush at pg......... i feel there shud be a different section for lesser known institutes which wud enable the non 99 percentilers to interact among themselves an also generate a lot of moral boost to them............. no offence meant here but then a fact is a fact and although this term"lesser known institute" is subjective but still evryone knows about it.......... so how wud it be for a value addition in the forum.

I am not really sure i understand your definition of "lesser ranked institutes" ...Per se, we do NOT allow rankings and by your definition, we would have to slot institutes !! I frankly do not see any logic or reason in it...This is an MBA portal, and not something restricted only to the IIMs or any other institute....

As for the threads getting lost, well, am sure you are doing more than you part in that not happening with all your regular *bumps*

no issues man ............... just thought to mention it if its possible didnt expect that kinda reply........ well that can happen only in this thread(i mean the way yu replied) and kindly cud yu mention what kinda bumps have i done and why raise issues unnecessarily....... i have always mentioned to yu that this is everyones forum and one has his views...... is it wrong........ and if so then mention it on the site or cancel my memebrship

with due respect ........ i just wanted to give a suggestion regarding opening up of a section for other b schools (i know ranking is cardinal offence) but then it was just a suggestion and its all in your hands to open or not.......... but sir the way ur mad replied wasnt forthcuming....... i have always tried to help others here and also geta lot of help from the site which is one of my favourites....... i never thought i will get that kinda reply for just a suggestion. i hope the issue is amicably settled and no issues remain after this.
