No exceptions. Yes, it would be illegal. Its not a coup to reverse engineer a result link. When an institute has not released the result officially, its NOT READY. There is no question about reasonable doubt et al. It doesn't reduce stress and anxiety because NO one knows for a fact if the result is right. Last year the MICA result changed twice due to such links and people in the last once where not there the 2nd time when the result was officially result.
So, no links unless its official. period.
