Neat looking site...good job PG
The flash 'meter' buttons on top are awesome...but top right hand corner looks kinda empty. Maybe some logo or something could go there.
Rick's idea of having a drop down login is great. I checked out the one on musicindiaonline...its neat
Also I liked Rick's idea of having the nickname displayed instead of the userID. I prefer being called Googie rather than gthm159. Let the userID be only for logging in and forgotten later.
The message box under Contact could be wider as Srini pointed out.

The flash thingy looks good when you enter, but distracts when you're trying to read the article. Can we do something about that?

Dude....there just has got to be a max comment size. Look at the mess I've made in the comments section.

You could also give a link to the next article in the same category at the end of each article.

Hey, there's a problem with the image in Member's Area and if possible can there be a link to Poster's Profile from their name in Recent Discussion... It would be nice.

Also, subscription in my opinion should come down lower on the page...
we can have the statistics up, followed by even manager and then subscription..

Opening the page and finding subscription right in front instead of others is a bit weird..

Some of the suggestions may sound repetitive,but u know,I'll say what I've to say

Okies,

Too many frames,doesnt give a nice integrated look to the site.
The middle frame where the newletter thingie is present aint required.Push it down and divide the bottom frame into 3 cols,each for Newletter,Event and Stats resp.
The Comments for the articles arn't required.The forum is a place for interaction,not the portal.You can connect the articles on the portal onto a section in the forum called "On Site!" (Ok,can be better ) and allow for comments,if you so much want to.
Like someone already said,2 locations for links doesnt make sense.Keep the ones on the top and let the left ones take a bow.
Now,when that section goes,let the User profile come in.The "Welcome <username>,My Account,etc" can come here.Remaining items in this column can maintain their resp positions.
And yeah,when the middle frame goes,extend the right frame to occupy it's space.Dont clutter the site with too many things.This way,the articles also get the centerstage.
Why does anything related to MBA and Office have to be Blue? Powder blue and dull grey combo is,well, dull .But I guess,if we want to integrate the forum and portal,we gotta follow this combo.We can always pep it up with pics and images related to the articles
Let the "Management Education Unplugged" gif come first thing on the top.Shift the links below it.Well,the idea is,the image and the links should end in the same line as the PG logo on the left.Let the blue on the site begin from beneath it,again from the same level.This will give it a more organized look.Hope am getting it across properly....
Let the Search come above Poll and below Recent disc.
A very irrelevant observation (Cant help,I believe in details ) :- The topmost line of the portal....the logo has a blue line,the remn page has a brown line.

I hope you dont end up thinking,"Why did I ever ask!?"

When we click on a comment in an article... the newsletter just moves down leaving a space between the flash file and itself...

Also you can edit the flash file and integrate it with the PG logo...
Which displays the PG icon first and then fades away and displays Management Unplugeed etc... within the same flash file at the top left hand corner...
Then remove the news letter and stats and place them under the articles...
But don't remove the links.. it is looking really good

Hey PG

A welcome change.... "recently visited " has made a come back...

In the version b4 this, it was difficult to get to know if PMs are there or not... that too solved

PG is zimbly the best!!!
