Pal ,dont make your mind after reading other exp, you should know what u want and if u prefer IT/hardware, others exp should nt matter.

After all its, you have to work there, also people who have good/great experiences in these companies dont post, so dont magnify the bad things so much. One odd bad exp here and there happens every where.

I am Ravi. I am an officer in the Indian Navy, posted in Mumbai. I am planning to take my GMAT within the next 3-4 months. Intrestingly, my wife is also a member of this forum and thats how i found you all.

Hello All,

How are you ? Let me introduce myself. I am a B.tech guy from NIT . I have around 11 years of work expereince( 7 yrs in IT and rest is in engg. field.) . Currently I am working in 3rd largest software company in india. Last time i had appeared the CAT exam and scored 85 percentile in english and quantitative aptituide but could not do well in DI. My question to all of you that .This time i m appearing the same. What the benfit i will get if i qualify in cat . what the position company offers for such type of candidate .I would like to remind you that I am 35yrs old now.
