In the main page it is written mastercard is accepted but when the order forwards to payment options Mastercard option is not present.Hence not able to order the tees.Please rectify this error.I guess many are not able to order the tees for the very same reason!

Dear Manish,

Sorry for the inconvininence but due to our payment gateway shifting to Citibank we have to initiate another agreement signing process which will enable mastercard transactions. We have already signed the documents and it will be working within a week.

A week is over, still the same ebs site... Really need those tees..... Can i pay u direct to your account through online transfer //??? If nt then by when the new payment option will be updated ??

Still No reply................ Great. No one to help! Better if i can transfer money to your account online .. do reply if this option can be considered. It has been over a month and you guyz are not helping me in buying a tee. Really frustrating......

Manish,

We would love to help you and all the other MasterCard users in this and the documents have been sent to the payment gateway. There are lot of documents which are needed to be produced and verified for enabling a payment gateway and it is sometimes these kind of process takes time which are not in our control.

Why don't you ask a friend of yours who has a VISA card or buy via COD if you are so desperate?
