## Developer ##
Programming in PHP and the ability to work in mySQL. You will need to develop various applications in PHP and ensure they remain fully integrated to the current softwares we use. This coupled with tweaking and maintaining online carts and ensuring the smooth functioning of the servers.

Desired Profile of candidate:
Skillsets: PHP, MYSQL and the ability to design webpages using authoring softwares.

Platforms: Linux, Linux, Linux! & CentOS too.

Other rad skills: HTML, CGI, Jscript, DHTML, clean CSS etc. Prior experience in coding php applications is a plus.

## Designer ##

Ability to design banners, graphics, images, logos and the full monty. You need to be well versed with Flash and photoshop and should be able to create drop dead gorgeous graphics. Err..Ok..your work should speak for itself.

You will be a part of the team that works in conjunction with the devs to create the super crazy ideas we keep coming up with every 30 minutes.

If you can create games using flash and link em up with DB connectivity, we're hiring you this instant.

well sire i just have one query..whats the road to get into the hoard of people whose creative ideas are actually listened to and debated upon..please enlighten this newbie.i am asking this because maybe i can come up with really insane ideas..and though they might not be coming after every 30 mins but i can assure you that they will pack a punch.hope u reply asap

Let me add few things to this...in my previous company,
travellin time - 15 min in a comfortable company provided bus
working hours - 9 to 6
environment - nice aesthetics , full AC , cozy seats
processes -once i had to wait for 25 days to get adobe photshop 6.0 installed on my machine, 2 months to get a bill cleared,used to do documentation for 4 hours for a work of 30 min.
colleagues - half sounded frustrated , rest waiting for onsite approval

and now when am working for pagalguy.com ,
travellin time - 1.5 hours in local train at peak rush hour , standing on one foot
working hours - 24/7
environment - just setting up the office in the business district
of mumbai i.e. Fort
processes - go and buy what u want, take the cash/cheque first , but dont forget to give the bill
colleagues - My boss and my secretary , is the same person!!! crazy demands , insane schedules and the kind of work I am doing, demands loads of patience.

But the biggest difference is , however much tired I am at night, I still run down the stairs eager to reach office in the morning.
