All of us need to ensure,though, that the invites have credibility(in terms of serious quality of ppl joining PG) and ppl dun end up inviting others just to increase their Ref count.

Just to hammer down the above point i support the idea of allocating the quota of inv's to PG members depending on their number of posts.

The whole point is not about trying to get ppl to increase their referrals left-right-center Am sure, thats the last thing we need

Like Allwin said, just take it as a stepping stone to bigger things
