hi guys,symbiosis has announced the date for SNAP.its on 21st of dec
SNAP TEST DATE:21st dec 2008
TIME:2pm-4pm
so, i think now we should also tie our belt for that and prepare for SNAP.and you can also log on to their site i.e.snaptest.org.

Is there any other official site for snap.Its not working since ages.But I haven't seen the notification of snap in any newspaper...I know that there are two tests that are on the same date as always.
Keep Updating if there is any information.Thanks in advance

shruti you are right that notification is not out but they have unveil the dates and the other exam is ibsat.but mnay be they will come out with notification this week.

Hi all.
Having given it some years back, as well as helped aspirants about it, here's some information about SNAP.
SNAP is a test conducted by the Symbiosis Society for admission to its (then) 11 postgraduate colleges. Some of them are:
SIBM
SCMHRD
SIIB
SIMS
SIOM
SIMC
SITM
SICSR
SCIT
SIHS
This is usually on the 3rd Sunday in December, and usually clashes with IBSAT.
The website will display the basic info about it for a long time, but the official notifications normally come during the last week of August to the first week of September.
Registration, and Hall Tickets, are available only online. There has been no offline registration for SNAP AFAIK.
You will be able to register till mid-November, and pay up till Dec first week.
Do let me know if you want any more basic info about this. For detailed info, I suggest you wait a couple of weeks more.

The site is online, however not functional. Only a single page has been putup.
Anyway, there is still time for the admission process to begin. However, I'm sure that most of you have already started preparing.
