I am OMS rank 19 so most prob would be opening the shutters for the Syd college..

I have my Mum Uni Rank 72 so I might landup in Syd.. As I have been working for reputed S/W company for last 2 yrs, I am in dilema of 'to join' or 'not to joing'..

well for oms it wud be 162 for sydenham minimum can be 160 and kj it wud be max 157 to lowest 154 wleingkar cud go down to 150 and pumba cud be lower 149s k

the rank cut off r as foll:

syd rank 27

kj som rank 45-50

Is it that only this time that the cutoff marks(OMS category) for syd would be pretty higher than that of KJ?

bcoz according to the xl sheet available on the dte site of the last yr cutoffs.

KJ had a higher cutoff i.e. (179 marks) than that of Syd (178 marks)
if the data on the site is true. coz the merit no.s on the same sheet seem to be wrong.

hi chandu the cut offs is totally wrong.

it says jbims 4 oms closed at a rank of 10 while there r 18 seats
it says jbims 4 mum univ students closed at rank 17 while there r 42 seats.

so believe it at u r own risk
and the cut offs 4 syd r always higher than tht of kj or welling.

I being a non maharashtrian donot know much about syd.

Do u have any idea of the avg sal. at syd??
