hi mate,
it says u need 2 hav an attested true copy that can b submitted at the arc, but i would suggest u take along u r originals as well as it will b helpful. if u dont hav the originals then attested true copy will suffice.

Hey Vishal, Shivam and Rishi,
this is Shabbir here. Guys, since you all are based in Mumbai and in all probability would be going to the ARC to submit the option form either on 5th or 6th, could you please let me know what all are the specifics that are to be mentioned in the form of an OMS candidate.
The reason I want to know this is because my ARC is at Nanded and I've heard that the guys sitting at the counter there hardly have any clue regarding OMS guys.
I don't want my form to be screwed up at this ending stage. So, it'd be great if you guys could find out the details and post it on pg.

And Rahine bhai, if you are making it to an ARC by the 5th, 6th or 7th, please do not forget to post the details on pg.

but it is displaying the message "please fill between 00.01 to 99.99"

therefore i am not able to proceed.

where did u gusy find the link bout 11am option form. i cant find any such thing on the dte site. and the link which is avalable there says admission ofr 2004-05. so is it a printin error or the format being the same have to fill up this form? and the site is down is donw most of the day.
2nd issue is tht they r askin us for the password wen the option form page opens. which is this? and wat if we have forgotten it.

go to http://67.15.154.106/mbacet2005/

or http://www.dte.org.in/mba and click on the second link in the table
u can see the chart showing the process of filling option form

on clicking the above link u will go to the login page.

Enter the password and ur roll no.
The password is the one when u logged in to the dte for the very first time.(few months back)

hi mate,
i think u might get it in welling or kj and the likes of chetna, met and sies r a sure shot .
but i suggest u tht fill up all the options in ur form and 4 sure u will land up in 1 of them

for the oms guys u need the following documents:

1. the option form.
2. attested true copy of u r graduation marksheet (if u hav passed) or u need nothing if u havent got ur results.
3. u need the original and xerox copy of the scorecard u want 2 submit. i.e. cat, xat, mat etc.
