I had called up SPCE.its open on sat sun.I guess all ARC will be open tha ttime.

my score is 135 and mumbi rank is 635
since ur the cet guru it seems, pls help me
what colleges shd i look at?

also if some with lower rank than mine puts met as 1 preference and i put met as 5th prefernce...than is it true that the one with lower rank gets the seat or this preference has nothing to do with other peoples prefernce?

hi,
i bought my cet form from New delhi ARC. now i am studying in a Pune college. it is impossible to go to delhi to do the remaining formalities. as i have come to know that it is necessary to visit the same ARC. kindly guide me to a way out as i am feeling hell lot of pressure. somebody is there if with any info. kindly put it here. is there anything possible like the change of venue in GD/PI was allowed.

it says to bring graduation mark sheet to the ARC. shud u take my original marksheets along with photocopies??

hi kunal since u can fill up2 27 options u can give all the top colleges. its not tht if u hav filled met as u r 5th option and some 1 ranked lower has filled it as their 1st option then he/she will get it bcos this is how the process works:

it starts with the 1st ranker and his prefrence is seen and as there r seats avaliable in his 1st choice hes alloted tht seat, then the process flows, wen it comes 2 u r rank (635) they will first see r their seats avaliable in the college u hav chosen as option 1, if there r then u r alloted tht seat if not they move on 2 ur next option and the process is continued till they find an option where there is a seat vacant.

the allotment is rank wise and not prefrense wise.

hi pankaj the brochure says that u need 2 go 2 the same arc but wat u can do is go 2 an arc in pune tom and give in ur option form and tell them abt u r problem they will understand it.
