PGDM in Advertising and Communications

Howdy to the forum...

I have some Qs.
Are there instis apart from MICA, NMIMS and SIBM which have a specialised PGDM in Advertising & Communications? What are the general CAt cut-offs for MICA? And any idea how the placements were at MICA this year?

Well....placements at MICA are normally decent, not the huge pay packet types coz a career in advertising does not pay much initially...

okay - just checked out the archives in this section and read some more on MICA placements... if anyone has info about cut-offs etc, do mail in.

well, from what ive heard , the overall cutoff might be as low as around 90%ile, but the english scores matter most to them. A friend of mine had 96%le overall but 83 in english and he didnt get a call.........

I HAVE A FRIEND WHO GOT 1N 88%ILE IN CAT and got mica's call.
i got almost 98%ile ...but screwed upin d.i. (blow 70%ile even) ...so i didn't get the call

but aftrseeing some of my friends' scores who got mica calls ....it seems they gave a good deal of importance to d.i.

thts all i know till now

A lot has been said about cut offs for mica but can anybody tell me with certitude what are the sectional cutoffs for the 3 sections as well as the overall cutoofs? ( i mean the range of percentiles and marks)
