Psychometric Test is not a test like the CET or CAT. It is intended to understand you as a person. You have nothing to prepare. There are many kinds of psychometric tests, I do not know which one will be used. So I cannot comment on what will be the pattern, it will be objective tho'. Again the time will vary depending on the test used. To understand more about the PT go here
www.psychometrics.co.uk/ or do a web search.
The GD/PI will be like any other, so there is nothing specific that I can say about the GD. The PI will be done by people from industry. They will have the Welingkar form that you filled up before them during the PI.
I would suggest that you go through your filled form and be prepared for questions from there.
