What is ur problem?
Its perfectly ok if u do not thnk highly of Welingkar......why r u forcing others into ur line of thott? why r u wastin space and time by unnecessarily postin in this thread? Let these guys handle their own fututre and stop being benevolent. I guess even if they land up in a soup after passin out from Welingkar, they wont b needing ur advice.
Contribute if u have somethng concrete and dont post belligerently in a thread which has nothing to do with u.
I have been followin ur post of late and am compelled to say that ur not painting a very healthy picture of urself in the forum.

I hope sanity will prevail in u

Agreed. I wud request ppl to answer the challenge i had thrown up earlier on this thread.

Let us agree for the moment that education is being bought and sold as alleged in an earlier post... Two questions arise in my mind.
Q1: If it is so bad, why is it that people who get in never say ne thing bad incl. ppl who have barely spent a month inside the campus??
Q2: Do you think cos are so stupid that they keep picking ppl from the campus year after year if there was no substance in the students??

peace please guys.......as far as israni is concerned , he has not yet faced other realities of life it seems and his life is gonna be a hell of a problem if he doesnt accept the facts instead of cribbin and welinkar ppl plz do not reply to his posts.......... and addin to one more thing even NL Dalmia where israni is studin too accepts money and gets students admitted without an entrance test who land up nowhere durin placements {do not even dare contest this fact as i have checked it personally with director PL Arya}........atleast if welinkar takes money it gives u very good placements so ppl no fightin from now on plz peace......

Hey Kavin & Bugs, thanks for updating me on the laptop stuff!

We had a demo by HP yesterday. HP will offer us the same price that would be negotiated by WIM, Mumbai. Also, they are ready to provide more economical version of laptop, if reqd. Now, we will have to wait for Mumbai laptop commitee to finalise the deal with HP. Can u plz provide contact info of guys in laptop committee?

We are having good time in Bglore. This is a small; but decent campus. WIM core faculties visit Bglore. So, we expect to face very little problems at Bglore. There are fantastic visiting faculties as well. BTW, we have not received syllabus, have you?

I would suggest having common e-groups for PGPeB & PGDBM in Mumbai & Bglore, so that we will be able to access study material easily. Plz let me know your views.

Well, I had gone for the outbound yest and had two presentations lined up, so i cudnt reply to u earlier.

Well, i have pm-ed u Nikhil Dhawan's number(student co-ordinator for laptops).
Also acer had visited the campus around two days back and i must say they had an amazing range from 80,000(tablet) to 55,000/-(basic)...this is of course the mrp.

Also we are expecting as told to u earlier that laptops would be wid us by mid-August and i cant stop waiting.....

Thats all for my side...had an amazing outbound.....and then reached college the next day at 7.30am for two consecutive presentations....beat that.

WE are instructed not to deal further with any laptop dealer in Bglore, while negotiations are ON in Mumbai. We'll get the same laptop that Mumbai guys will get. Probably, there are conflicts betn regional offices of the dealers (West Vs South zone) as well for share of biz. So, waiting for Mumbai guys to finalize the laptop deal.......... Laptop team, plz hurry up!
