Question GGSIPU-Is it good? - 17-04-2005, 09:11 PM

Hey guys! Please help me out with this one. I am considering giving GGSIP university's exam for MBA to be held soon. I just wanted your advices on the placement scene 'n pay packages etc. for the same, as noone i know has any clear idea about it. Please do help me out!!!


Even if B Positive is not your blood group, still make certain its in your blood.

well first things first, did u gave feb's MAT if yes, then apply amity's MBA,MBA(IB) etc, i think they keep on extending their last date, explore every other option other than GGSIPU, nd if left with none try to get into SMS(main campus).

But again hv GGSIPU as ur last option.

i have one centre of ggsipu near my home men ther is hell lot of noise most of the time studentst r outside go for ne other option it is not worth doin it

To all who wrote in- Thanks a ton for replying. Actually, i did not want to apply to Amity and all others through MAT as they were not as good as the ones i had cleared in waiting lists (FORE), but mera number nahin aaya. So was just looking for some other options. Probably, i won't apply to the colleges under the university now.

Anybody else out there still thinking of applying? Do tell me any other reasons why i should fill the form now?

read ur other posts its real hard luck that u din convert any b school with such tres cool percentile. i think u certainly deserve sumthin better than GGSIP, why not giv another shot at cat nxt yr?

I know i had a cool percentile, but unfortunately, i wasn't as cool as they wanted me to be. But i did not want to drop an year. So looking for good alternatives.

Hey megs

It wud be good for u if u are not able to get a good college this year to try for a job and then give a shot at CAT next year .
Hope u have a good background and wud be able to find a better job and study alongside as well ...
Just my advice ...hope u know what is best for u

Hey guys! I got a call from BIMTECH for there MIB programme. Anybody got a clue about how good it is? I don't think its as good as their MBA.

hey I did BCA from GGSIPU , its hell and MBA is jst gettin a degree from there. Bimtech is good, U can surely go for it . Go for any other institute under mat but not for GGSIPU.
