sorry guys for being late..
initially was busy with the final sem project, and then was busy in office.
nyways...first of all congrats to all those who hv got the call for GD/PI ......
nyways...
well the test would be 50% technical(bt not really hard core...it will just test the basics in C,C++,networking, OS etc) and then 50% aptitutde(well same format as CAT...but this is reallly easy... ) if u get the tech part done..then u hv done it.
following the test is GD and interview...
GD shld b havin generic topics... reservation being the hot fav. interview again depends on where u wanna take it...it could be really technical or it could be really general. so know ur strength..and try to move the topic in that direction.

our batch of 41 received 60 offeres in all. highest pacakge offered was 5.9 Lacs by Intel, and the average package stands at 4.00 Lacs.

and 1 chap from our batch has decided to go into Research, and he will be doing Fellowship Programme in Management(dng research in the field of I.T) from IIM-Ahmedabad. *as a matter of fact IIM-A, didnt admitted ny proposals for Research into I.T, for the past two years.

just in case u guys dont know, i was in the first batch of MBA@IIITA. And as of now working as Accounts Manager(global business development) for Newgen Software.

all of my batchmates, and our junior batch are busy in their respective jobs and summer internship projects...that y there was no-one to guide u guys.

As far as I know I2IT is not IIIT in any sense..... that is a private college. though I am not aware of the standard of college. but gov college and private have some difference, which I think you are aware of, I am from IIIT - Calcutta, our college is not providing any such type of a course as per now. but IIIT-A is good you can think about that course.
