Hi All,

well being the alumni of this college, Wat I can say is that.. ROI is very gud if you get the job... Fees is not more than 2 lacs inclusive hostel and mess.. But concern is placement which is not so good...

As per the education quality of the institute.. its deterioting day by day.. dun have quality faculty... you will get ample of facilities but guidance is nowhere in this college.. so it become worthless...

Now its up to you guys... to make a call or not!!!

hello,I m student of first year of IIIT,u r lucky dat u got the guidance of alumni which i did'nt.he is absolutely rite.the faculty has become worse now with the new economics teacher.they will give u projects based on complex programming and coding regardless the fact the whether u belong to technical or non-technical background.

some times it seems like we r in btech.no body is here(except few really good teachers like dbms sir)to guide us.

what all u have to manage is how to get time for mugging 8 subjects,several projects,weekly activity,hundreds of presentations.

these all may be accepted but faculty and placement is really a big problem.the biggest problem is that everyone teaches his or her subject not "management".

i suggest u that if u have got more than 85 percentile in CAT try for another colleges else take admission here as it is still far more better than several other mushroom like mba colleges at least in terms of infrastructure.

Hello,Pl note that CAT is meant for admission only in MBA,no point MS course having such entrance criteria.though u haven't mentioned ur CAT score but there is no such cut off for CAT scores here in IIITA,normal range varied from 70 to 95 percentile(even upto 50 percentile if u belong to SC-ST quota).depends upon performance in interview and GD and IIITA in-house entrance test.no matter how was u in 10,12 or btech.It does'nt count(very easily achieved like popcorn because most of the creamy layer prefer not to take admission in IIITA for MBA as it is meant for Btech.)

for MS u need onlyto fill the application form and give its entrance test,GD and PI.still i will suggest u better opt for MBA if u wish for get into IIITA.otherwise seriously no point for taking admission here.

poor faculty but great infrastructure,poor teaching methodology,totally bookish and poor placements too.
u will find ur self captured in a prison doing day and night labor just to accomplish some really silly projects and o my god....REALLY HECTIC AND OVERBURDENED COURSE.

its a serious suggestion to consider other institute also like jaipuria and other outside UP.

Else where there is no shortage of jobs for talented people no matter from where they completed MBA.all the best.

faculty is nt so gud in any collg..since this one is govt owned i m intrested 2 know more abt the collg...and the fees is less tooo...Just a request to provide the details of placmntssss...

ya i had also taken admission here due to same reasons,see placements are difficult now a days because of recession and slow down of economy.

companies do visit here for campus placements.it is having a good database of various companies for placement.but last year the placement was just 25 to 30 % to the best of my knowledge,here placements means campus placements,many of the student got placed due to their own efforts.

so scenario is still not clear.campus placements is not appreciable but this is the case with most of the colleges today.obviously one has to be too intelligent to get in the top MBA colleges.

other than that,u may take admission if u have money issues.
