Waiting for IIT Kgp and IISc results..
Confused about joining IITs this year vis-a-vis CAT 2005...
My parents tell me that a bird in the hand is worth two in the bush and so I shd join...but considering the fact that I missed out on IIM calls this yr with 99.19%, I dont feel satisfied with settling for the IITs..Have absolutely no idea what to do..
I thought there were only 50 odd seats at IIT Madras..and it looks like most of that 50 are PG-ites from the no. of "provisional selections" we have got here..
Watch out IITM ...PGs attack the IITM campus en masse for 2005-07 !!!!

Hi guys the rumours of mass rejection of the batch tht appeared for there interviews on 7th feb are looking to be true, Please go through the following group http://groups.yahoo.com/group/infosys_feb/

and incase u appeared and got the mail frm them saying tht " we can not offer u employment at present" then plz join the group as well......

whts evn more suprising is tht people who didnt clear the test on 6th feb have also got the same mail tht we ( the guys who appeared for the interview) got last week.......

so wht was the point of conducting interviews......

and hw can a company like infy does injustice to somany of us cause of the 9 month clause we cant apply till nov.........

i am also in.a bit of suprise for me as i was grilled properly in the pi but the gt shud have been a major criteriorn for me and may be the 3yr work ex helped,anyways looking forward to iitkgp results.
