I am listing the the subjects that forms the MS(finance)OR CFA
All of them(may be except one or two like economic legislation ) are the part of the MBA (finance) also.
So i m apprehensive then how the MS(finance )will add value to your MBA(finance)..on top of it its just a correspondance or distance learning prog..

If Zarine and uRmad can give some idea like Arethe people happy pursuing both degrees simultaneously in their batch or their seniors..and consider its a good combination..keeping in mind that it will involve time, energy, and money..Do the industry people really prefers CFA+MBA(fin) over MBA(fin)..OR the people just join it because their seniors have joined it OR their seniors' seniors have OR thier seniors'seniors' seniors have..i.e. the tradition continuing in the family....one sheep following the other and eventually all of them end up in the lion's Den...

Level I

Financial Accounting
Economics
Quantitative Methods
Financial Management
Management Accounting
Economic Legislation

Level II

Security Analysis
International Finance and Trade
Financial Risk Management
Project Management
Portfolio Management & Mutual Funds
Investment Banking & Financial Services

Level III
Strategic Financial Management
Management of Financial Institutions
Mergers & Acquisitions
Financial Control & Information Systems
Integrated Case Studies
