NRI quota

hey guys can anyone temme weather there is NRI quota in any institutes accepting CET scores.
i hav cuurently applied in the OMS category..there is this big goof up in the application for the "PIO/ children of parents staying in gulf" category...i had went to the main office of DTE n they told me that if i apply thru that category then my scores will only sent to the two universities..i.e wellingkar n some other shit university....
i had to talk with the director n all tht..n he jus told me to apply thru OMS category..so i did that....but then y the "PIO/ children of parents staying in gulf" category...it is jus sooo stupid..n the brouchre says that 15% of seats r reserved for them..this was the most shitiest thing i ever heard...
but the thing now is that one of my frnd also a NRI has told me that after the CET scores come out v can apply to the NRI quota individually to all the institutes accepting cet scores..!?!
is this information rite..?!?! any NRI's out there..

mite help...chk out the replies...sems liek all colleges do have NRI quota, n frm some old thread on this forum someone wrote tht thr will be 15% NRI quota
