Looks like no one is interested to talk about NIBM. This is a sorry reponse from those who have got a call from the institute.

I want to revive the interest for this institute.

I think there are peeps who got calls last year too. Can you all throw some light on the final call process??!! Like questions asked, GD topics et al.

PLZ PLZ People lets not go back to slumber.

Yeah feel the same... there was someone from iimc who went through the procedure last year, didnt make it but spoke highly of the place ... wonder if he could give us the details of his GD/PI ....

yeah...i guess many are not intereted in NIBM.....i feel its a very decent institute...any idea abt the no. of seats they have....

i read somewhere that there are around 22 seats for outsiders(rest for bank officers).,the thing is that until two years ago the course was only for bank officers ... hence i guess seeming disinterest ...could actually be a lack of knowledge abt the place....i managed to speak to someone from icici ...someone way up the corporate ladder... and he said that they do recruit dudes frm there and that the course is a good one.... the only hitch is that ...one will be limiting his career to the banking and finance stream ... not bad per say... but could be a nightmare for someone who may not be interested in finance..... also was a little surprised to having got a call as my cat scores were the pits ... especially in quants and di.....what abt all you other call getters...????????? have any of you got any sort of individual intimation........???

Hi folks.. have been shortlisted for NIBM as well... no official communication though, just the info on their website. Findin it really hard to get info on this insti 'coz most ppl don't know about it

..... will keep ya posted as and when I find out stuff. Good luck!
