yeah, amrita is a real good institution. But they dont market their name. The staff of Amrita is their biggest asset. These people r from harvard, Kelloggs and a lot more. Dont think it is not possible for big heads from these institutions come to amrita.

They come to amrita, not for salary, but their link with the Matha amritanandamayi mutt. The avg exp of the staff is more than 10yrs.

But, I too understand that no posh life in amrita. Even when the admissions people talk, they say," When u hear abt amrita, please, don't think of a big lavish lawn where u sit bfore a laptop and discuss something with ur girl/boy friends". so, now the ball is on ur court. I too have got call from amrita on 29th!! ATB!!!!
