Hi guys,
i know about mib/mhrod course of du.
1.As it is a Delhi Govt. Institute,faculty is good but of no use as there are no classes and in classes they talk about different teachers and not the course curriculam.
2.students are passing their times in canteen.
3.placement id low to medium.min salary is 2.2 lakh and max is 6(only 1 student).
4.one advantage fee is very low
5.good scope for commerce students.

Hmm people are very eagar to know about MIB/MHROD.here is the analysis:
1.english:just need a good vocabulary and tenses nothing else.
2.qa:tricky questions not lenghthy but puzzles type ,direct formula putting.
3.gk:this is the most difficult section in this paper as the questions asked are related mainly with economics,budgets,current change in policies etc.they asked some very difficult and under the sea questions and u could hardly find in nay book or magazine.prepare yourself.
4.reasoning is ok but casellets questions are difficult.

hmm now i know that i created this thread coz i wanted to get some info abt this college but i guess now im confused after reading bunty's posts...i was lookin forward for filling this form...though its just been 2 yrs for me in delhi..the only thing i know is that generally DU dept are gud enuf..mite be wrong

abt this inst..one of my cousin did his MBA frm DSE long time back..i guess abt 6-7 yrs back and he was placed in WatsonWyatt(one of the gud consulting firms) and he did mention that though it cant be compared with other DU's coll FMS but defenitely a gud college plus amartya sen, manmohan singh are frm DSE...i guess they were faculty in DSE...

bas mujhe toh itna hi pata tha DSE ke baare mein..now after seeing bunty's replies i am confused.

can any1 else(mayb a DSE alum ) can tell abt DSE coz the last date is 20th Jan.
