Yes there is relaxation in terms of percentile. refer to first few posts in this thread u'll get to know the exact percentile cut off for Catholics

There is almost 50% reservation for the Christian students, though there is no fixed allocation as such.
In the application form itself the applicant has to fill up all the details.

LIBA has no management quota seats on offer. Some seats are offered to the students belonging to Dalit and other minorities on merit basis above the general intake but no paid seats are available in LIBA.

There's no reservation for domicile of UTs. However, I have already mentioned LIBA has almost 50 % reservation for Christian students.
