yes it is.
u can do that.
after SnaP u get time to analyse your performance. after than opt for college. but it will be better to always look for the brighter side so go for top college always.

Vinod, i guess there are 3 main programs in SIIB.. IB, AB and EE..
My Queries are as follows:

1. Can you help me with the snap cutoff for SIIB last year?
2. Does SIIB have any sectional cutoffs like SIBM P?
3. Wich is the flagship programme/ Do all 3 programmes enjoy equal status?
4. Are cutoffs for all programmes same?
5. What weightage does SNAP marks have in the final scheme of things as in overall marks?
6. A tentative idea of the latest placement figures would be great!!

1. Cutoffs depend on the difficulty level of SNAP test and hence differs every year. SIIB's Management never discloses the cutoffs so quoting a a figure would be difficult and also the cutoffs displayed by different coaching institutes can not be trusted.

2. Yes, marks in each section matters, along with overall cutoff.

3. The flagship course is International Business (17th year). However, Agri Business Management is considered to be one of the best in the country. It's the first year for Energy and Environment program at SIIB. All three programs enjoy equal status.

4. Although cutoffs are not disclosed by SIIB, but it is different for all three courses.

5. SNAP Test holds 30% of overall marks at SIIB along with Group Discussion 25%, Two Interviews 25%, Written Communication 10%, Group Test 10%. Please refer to SIIB >> How to apply >> Selection Procedure.

6. You can get the detailed information at SIIB . In the times of slowdown where every other B School is finding it difficult to place its students, SIIB was successful without compromising the profiles offered.

i have done my graduation first year from guru nanak dev university punjab but then shifted to delhi and due to financial problems had to complete my graduation by correspondence with sat sunday classes

am i eligible for SIIB ?
i wanna do mba in international business only

Eligibility

A graduate from any statutory university with a minimum of 50% marks 45% for SC/ST) at graduation level. Candidates passing degree examination by part time / distance learning / correspondence / open school / externally or in one sitting are not eligible. Final year appearing students can apply but their admission will be subject to obtaining a minimum of 50% marks (45%
for SC/ST) at qualifying examination.

Last year SNAP messed up there result very badly and there was so much inconsistency in marks that I lost the enthu even to fill the form..
