As far as I know, its only DoMS, IIT Madras that accepts CAT scores along with JMET scores for its admission process. I am not aware of any other IIT acceptig non JMET scores.

Last year the overall cut off for OBC category was around 70 with sectional scores also taken into consideration.

Apart from IIT Madras I think IIT Bombay fixes sectional cutoffs but please verify from some IIT B senior

Good to see a thread for guidance into IIT - M.
In the recent issue of Business Today, there is a whole article about the rise of the IITs as pioneers in the management field. The articles discusses all aspects of the IITs emerging as a dominant group of institutes in the MBA world too.

And the icing on the cake was IIT - Madras being selected as a sole choice in all of India for the recruitment of a Foreign company. Seems one student got through. Did the recruiters mention any specific point about IIT- M that really stood out? Could you pls elaborate on this if possible...
And on the prep side..I am not doing any specific prep for JMET just going through what is required for CAT..would that be enough or is there any specific region where JMET Demands more or something different? I am asking this since I heard that the pattern and toughness of the last paper was quite different.
