Essay is generally not considered for giving out calls for the next round of selection process i.e. Gd and personal interviews, but you need to keep this in mind that you can be asked to explain the stance you have taken in your essay--perhaps thats an opportunity for you to cement your position.
Just like Xlri, XIMB's interview panel will be in the possession of your essays, so you better be prepare for it. It happened last year, and in all probabilities that is expected to continue this season as well.
the only way to write a good/decent essay is the consistent good reading, structured presentation of your thoughts and ideas and no grammatical errors!

Trivial grammar mistakes will certainly be not taken into consideration.
It's only in your interview that the panel may ask for your views or counterviews on the essay.
But if the grammatical errors creep in more than expected, then certainly the interview panel would take notice.

The forms are available for the above mentioned price for PGDM and PGDM RM.
