Lemme be the first one
Can you tell me 1 thing on what basis do we get to select the our main stream ie Finance, Marketting is it what you want or some kind of eligibity test ?

hey
for finance like every year, we had a test + interview...the max number of seats are 50(including all quotas)....only this year we had a test for mktng n hr cause d numbr o applicants for them was high....but all who appeared gt thru...no test for operations though....u need nt worry if u want any other stream other than finance....if ur not totally dumb u'll get wat u want....only 2 students were nt gettin mkntng this year but later on they were accomodated as well...but if u want finance u hav 2 work a bit hard...but it wont be very tough...relax...

What kind of test is this ??
Sounds easy but is it reallly ? also this happens as soon as u guys are admitted in the first year ?

Our session started in June and the test was there in the end of July......the syllabus was business statistics, accounts and financial management....it was a MCQ...dont worry....it will all be from what is taught in these two months...first concentrate on getting in...

Do we need to apply for sibm-pune and sibm-bangalore seperately or we are eligible for both the campuses just by filling the form of sibm-pune...

i'm planning to apply to SIBM under NRI quota...i'll be graduating as mech engg in 2010 with a percentage of around 50%....will i be capable of making through? does NRI quota also involve some entry competition or will i get in by applying for NRI quota itself...
and could u provide me the approx cost also

As far as my knowledge goes the procedure for application, for international students, is quite different...ur supposed to write an SOP and based on that you are selected...I do not think it is compulsory to appear for SNAP for international students...as far as d fees goes it was double for international students this year...approx 17 lacs...plz check d following links for further details:
