You got it bang on target....PRIME FOCUS right now is working towards maximizing your score in SNAP. Rest all gyan from our side will only come to use, once you fulfill minimum cutoff requirement. So work hard.

Since you're a 2009 passout, you'd be in the best position to reveal some facts about your college.
First of all, what was the remuneration offered to the 09 batch of students, and what were the profiles?
How is the faculty? Whether SCIT has tie-up with any bank to provide the entire loan amount (without the need of a guaranteer)?

Hi Aditi..asfa pckgs are concerned for 09 batch they range between as high as 11 lacs to as low as 2.16 lacs (per annum) this time will blame it to recession..which hit us hard during the plcmt season...profiles differ for different streams..you ask me specifically about a stream and I will let you know.
NO SCIT is not having any kind of tie up with any bank.

rohit is right in sayin that this year a good number of students in scit hv work-ex of 2-3 yrz....but if we talk bout the ratio of work-ex n freshers...it wud come out to be 70:30....infact this batch acc. to the faculty is the batch with the most no. of work-ex ppl.

just replyin to u r question on the faculty which rahul unintentionally missed out
We have a very good internal faculty and have a good number of visiting faculties who are from the industry
Also, bein a part of SIU i.e symbi intenational univ, we have faculty from other symbi instis coming in to teach n pass on their knowledge to us

U should not hv an issue on the teachin part...

hey rohit as rahul have said above that package differs so much with profile .... could you plz give me an insight about ITBM course's placement and profile offered ....and has ITBM stream achieve 100% placement in this year

regd profile offered to itbm, you can refer to my prev post (SCIT Aspirants for 2010-2012 batch)which mentions profiles for every stream in scit
n regd the plcmnt figures, every coll had been hit by recession last yr...so checking if a coll achieved 100% plcmnt in 2009 would not give accurate info

extendin the info. given by RR ,i wud like u to know tht when we joined scit some 2 months bak.....the over all plcmnt was around 78%....but a month back we came to knw frm a few seniors that SCIT has achieved 100% plcmnts n 1more thing of course this tym the scenario was pretty bad bt inspite of that many good co. visited campus initially...but the students opted out of those co. because they wanted to wait fr better options.... later on recession came down heavy n students who waited were affected..scit wud hv probably achieved 100% plcmnt much b4 if this wudnt hv happnd(source- director scit, in the induction speech)
