In the list of institutes under the Internet Banking tab, i cant see SCMHRD . Should i make the payment there itself for the other institutes that i want to apply too? And what about SCMHRD?

Use the main SNAP site to make payment for only the SNAP test. Even though payment options for other institutes are aailable there, DON'T USE THAT FACILITY. For, each Symbiosis Institute, there is a seperate site for registration and payment. Use only those sites for applying to those colleges. You will find the links here.

And as for SCMHRD and SIIB, applying is through their official site itself. Their links are also given in the previously mentioned page. But SCMHRD registration hasn't started yet. It is supposed to start soon.

i guess i should've read ur post before i've applied........
derz a small problem here......well i've registered for the snap test and made an online payment for sibm and sitm. But whenevr i click the link for SITM ....SIMS ka site is getting opened. They are different institutes rite?? But why is this happening

I wanted a confirmation regarding admission in SIMS-Pune. As per the SNAP website, the details of intake is as below :

"Intake: 300 students per batch.

Reservation for Defence / Industry sponsorship: As per MOU with Ministry of Defence, Govt of India, vacancies for full-time programmes are as under:
Defence Open Category: 80% vacancies for MBA allotted to dependants of armed forces personnel. Defence Special Category: 10% vacancies for MBA allotted to dependents of armed forces personnel affected in War, Counter-Insurgency or War-like operations.
Industry Sponsored Category: 10% vacancies for Industry Sponsored / civilian candidates. Officers of armed forces on Study Leave: As authorized by respective Service HQs."

Can any1 pls let me know whether admission to SIMS is restricted to students from defence background or even a general candidate may apply?
