Well some of the instis are programme specific..
see which area u're interested in..

Also take a diagnostic test to know how u're scoring...
will help in applyin to instis...

for SIBM-Pune u might wanna apply now cos the last date is before the exam date..
For others like SIBM-Bangalore, SCMHRD and SIIB u can apply after
the exam depending on ur score..

my suggestion would be to read 2 newspapers daily.
one general and one business.. read a business magazine..
current affairs really matter.. u can also use manorama year book...
Get old SNAP test papers.. u'll know wat kinda questions come in GK.
den read accordingly..

den check out these threads from pagalguy itself...
people have put lots of GK material... will be really useful

Hey all,

I was one of those who got gd/pi call in the second list of sibm pune, after the revised scores were out. I want to share few learnings from what i experienced, and others in my batch too..
1. SNAP, NMAT and CET are mainly about speed and not the difficulty. Obviously u need to know ur basics in quant, DI etc, but focus on Lots n Lots of practice to improve speed, coz evryone will be able to solve most of the questions, so it depends on who can solve maximum in the given time n correctly that too. IT is not at all difficult to get thru the written test.
2. There were sectional cut offs in SNAP also for SIBM Pune atleast and there is GK also, so prepare for that as well. Clear GK section, if u cant score in it.
3. For SIBM Pune, there is a Group task, GD and PI and also a psychometric test. The weightage for these is much more than the written test.
Thus once u manage to get the cutoffs SNAP, it shudnt be difficult if u can do well in the GD PI.

For now, good luck to all u aspirants.. for all the zillion exams that u may be taking all the best

I guess there may be a technical problem from the server when you had tried to logged in....Try now(its opening at my end)...if possible try sum other browser...

I want to ask ..can we select instituted other than sibm after snap also?

and is it necessary to specify which institutes besides sibm i want to apply during registration?
