I will suggest everyone to apply for IIFT after 3/4 days.....if not more
I feel that the site is not yet working properly....,.and guess load will also be pretty high......so why take chance with ur credit card in this market of recession .......moreover the last date is quiet far away.....

iift doesn't release any kind of information such as sectional cut-offs
but looking at the trend and scores of people who got through i believe you have to get a +ve score in all the sections
any ways don't worry about these things now just concentrate on your preps

iift had an overall sectional cutoff of probably 25.they were tight lipped about sectionals.Although few people scraped in despite -ve sectionals, still a +ve score in each section will be comfortable.Some puys had also come up with the possibility of 2 related sections being combined to have a sectional cutoff (e.g., QA+DI,VA+RC instead of separate sections).
IIFT has 50% weigtage for written score in final evaluation so a high written score almost guarantees your final selection.
Regarding the paper,QA was tough having considerable amount of higher maths(class 11th n 12th).di too was tough as it involved too many complex calculations.Reasoning and english(both VA+RC) were quite doable and will push your overall score.GK last year was relatively easy provided you're well read.Mostly current affairs
