Well now my opinion about the weightages
1. On the face of it it looks good weightage is given to written and very less weightage to profile
but this 40% weightage is given to total marks scored not o the rank. As all of u know the marks difference is of very less amount so the differnce between all of the aspirants becomesd almost non.
2. No come to acads and other stuffs , although the weightage looks less but in effect it becomes large when u consider it togehter with the GD/PI marks. I mean your PI is based upon your profile , if you have good profile you tend to get more marks in PI .
