in FMS quite a few people get more than 99 percentile overall and less than 50 percentile in one of the sections ............. lot of people miss out on calls due to this ........... this happend with a friend of mine

%iles are calculated based on category.
i.e. there would be different ppl having 100%ile in respective categories with differing scores.
