called ibs office but d person told dat the fees will not be refunded...i'm writing a letter 2 the admissions office but i dont think dat will solve any purpose...has anyone filed any case or RTI petition yet??? wts d procedure for filing RTI petition???

i got in touch vid sme people who got refund last year.dey r saying u shud send letters to dem dey ll reply by mmid of july

even i want refund of my money ,

I think we should first send letters and ask for their explanation within 7 Days ,and if we get adverse or no reply than should file a suit against them.

The reason for such quick action or need of it is that later on they can claim that they have suffered losses on cancellation of admission from our side and thus can deduct heavily or may not refund anything at all.


I have discussed this issue with my brother also ,who is a lawyer and feel that we have quite strong case and if we can take prompt action then will get our money back.

but ibs people r not replying.hey jz ask ur brother to give d matter of d letter.i called ibs dey r v rude to students who ask 4 refund.i even told dem dat it was no where written dat dis amount is non refundable.but den dey told me to email my quieries or complaints
