Hi everybody .. i was just following this thread religiouly with silent hopes . And i guess somehow my prayers got answered . Saurabh singh has done an excellent job and he happens to be my class mate . I was waiting list 24 and had lost all hopes . Ironically the person did tell me that i was the last but it may be due to some confusion as well . As in previous post somebody was saying that another waitlist was also gng to come .So it may happen that my info may be wrong too as my friend who was 26 didnt get thru . He is just out of town so i cud nt talk to him ....
Any way it would be good if second list comes .. Best of luck to all hopeful souls ... Kolkata here i come . Ahaaaa and did somebody in the forum talk abt beer

I jus called IIFT office and asked about the 2nd waiting list . he said it is ON and he chkd my name.......and UNFORTUNATELY....my name was not there....WTF............dosto...try kar lo..ho sakta hai...tumhara naam ho...best of luck..

and ya now no beer no njyment.......the fight starts again....all those f**kng maths questions...here i come

and ya when i called up IIFT the person said that the 3rd WL list has come....dunno why they are saying it the 3rd WL....newys...hw does it matter...

Hi puys,

I just received a call from IIFT kolkata... some waitlist movement

I'm currently working for an MNC (s/w engineer) with a decent pay package (5.5)
What I wanted your opinion on, is whether leaving my job and investing so much time n money is going to be worth it? If I continue working here, i'll earn as much as an average IIFTian in 2 years.
Its a little tough to choose.
