I have started this new thread for people who r interessted in sharing a rented flat in places near to NMIMS . . .

According to the replies that i have got so far, here is the list of interested people..

In the meanwhile i have calculated ruff expenses that we l incur by staying either in hostel or outside


NMIMS OUTSIDE remarks

2 security 10000 25000 maximumf 11 months, refundable in both cases
3 food 30000 30000 f 10 months
4 internet 0 5000 f 10 months
5 travel 0 5000 f 10 months
6 mobile personal personal
7 brokerage 0 4000 f 11 mnths, and if same place cntinued next time then 2000 or so per head again
8 onetime expenses f bedding,
almirah etc 0 5000 f complete life :angel:total 150000(10 mk refundable) 119000(out f which 25000 is refundable)

that means a ruff saving f 50000+ per year ,add to that ur choices f everything related to domestic expenses

In the meanwhile , we can start wid our introductions n everything else we wana share

n ya guys, specialization thing we r to choose in the second year, so cant decide rite now, still m cnfused between finance n marketing(NMIMS is famous in both)

sm more doubt clearing info that i got from teh lady n a gentleman too at NMIMS

1. REFUND POLICY : till the commencement of classes, if u cancel ur admission , only Rs 1000 will b deducted
2. 300 seats in total
3. proper company work ex certificate can be submitted later too , no specific format required
4. no fixed format for confirmation mail(mentioning NMAT ID compulsory) to be sent before 17/04 - 5 pm
5. Original certfts required only for on stop verification , will be returned on the spot
6. 3.75 can be divided in to as many drafts as u require, and as many banks as u require but total 3.75 to b deposited by 28/03
7. hostel n laptop-both not compulsory to be from NMIMS
8. waitlisted pipl can see their rank n score after 19th, since by then confirmed pipl wil give their final word n they can scruitnize the list

call them up if u have any more doubts, they r really patient on hearing u thru. . . .

guys y not plan out a common date wen u all l b coming to mumbai for fees etc , may b we can meet n take our plans ahead . . . wat say ?
