I have written rank 230.Score107

I hv got 28 months work ex at Infy and a decent gd/pi but got only 10.What you say abtthis.
And also your views on final waitlist rank getting through both mgmt and merit.

for this i can only say u didnt do well enuf in gd/pi..it mite have been decent according to u ...but not decent enuf 4 panelist...u cant judge urself..nd say u did very well still u didnt get marks.....its the panelist whose views r important rather than any1 else's...

Its a lil early to take a call..last yr General went till 435-440

and maagmt i guess was beyond 550.....so just estimate frm tehse fugures..nd ya last yr seats wer 240

So that means these years as seats are more and also the fees is very high.The merit list might go up to around 600.
And the management quota last year final rank As i know was 600-700.So it must well be around 900 this time.36-54

dude they have asked for one set of attested copies too
i guess they wud just verify it with originals

I have few Questions..Kindly clarify those -

1. I read in the other thread that the present NMIMS bulding might ge demolised and it will operate from two other bulding.Does NMIMS do have any clubs.

2. Also the fees has been hiked and its approx now 10lk..seeing the recession, the infrastructure that NMIMS provides, what can we expect put of NMIMS after 2 years.

3. I would go for management in Systems/Opertions. I heard that NMIMS is good for finace and not for other areas.Could you please throw some light on that?

i have a few queries ... pls clarify if u have any info !
any of u lookin around for/plannin to rent out a flat or something around the college or nearby areas.. if yes, pls get in touch.. im plannin to rent out a flat and also enquirin abt the same.
@seniors :- is it mandatory to purchase the laptop through NM.. why im askin is because they have mentioned on the website, along with the configuration details, the prices of each laptop.. or are we free to buy them on our own from the market...
also, which bank would be ideal to get an education loan !! does NM have some special concessions from banks for loans !! seniors, if u cud pls throw some light on this, if u have taken loans, what rates have u got them for ?
i know the list is long, but ur answers wud really help..

No u dont have to purchase laptop from NMIMS...

I havent taken any bank loan so can tell u xact rate..but last yr i went to several banks for loan...(intially i was planning to take loan) and i found that SBI ws the best...
