Congratulations!
I. We are pleased to inform you that based on your performance in the
Induction appraisals, you have been selected for the fulltime Master
of Business Administration (MBA) Programme in batch of 2009-11. There
was a high standard of candidates throughout the appraisals which
speaks well of your potential as a future business leader.
II. The institute will conduct a bridge program in order to orient you
in regard to the studies that will be conducted when you join. It will
allow you to ascertain for yourself your capabilities in a number of
important domains of study here and will give you the opportunity to
improve where needed so that your ‘academic comfort level’ is high and
you can enjoy and make the most of your learning here. Reference
material and information will be sent to you after 15th April 2009.
III. We remind you that your admission will remain provisional in
accordance with Symbiosis International University regulations till
the following conditions are met :-
• Fulfillment of all eligibility criteria of the Symbiosis
International University as mentioned in the prospectus.
• Submission of your Bachelors Degree Certificate and Mark sheets in
original (indicating minimum 50% of marks in aggregate) and
certificate from college. Original degree and mark sheets will be
physically verified at the time of admission. All certificates are
liable for verification from issuing authority.
• In case your final year result has not yet been declared, please
submit the same immediately on receipt. Your previous years’ mark
sheets in original with a certificate from Head of Institution
indicating date of declaration of result will be required in the
interim. No extension of submission of Bachelor’s degree certificate
and mark sheet beyond 30th Sept 2009 is possible.
• Migration Certificate and Transfer Certificate is required if you
have graduated prior to academic year 2007.
• 1st installment of fees will be accepted by the Demand Draft only at
SIMS, as per Appendix enclosed. Demand Draft payable at Pune in favor
of Director, SIMS should be received at SIMS before 30th March 2009 by
1200 hrs. Provisional admission granted will stand cancelled in case
of late receipt of fees and vacant seats will be allotted to Waiting
Panel.
IV. Students may provide for own PC/Laptop to benefit from campus Wi
Fi connectivity. Please check on our website for special pricing
arrangements made by institute for laptop computers.
V. The institute has tie-ups with banks for student loans, if required.
VI. Hostel accommodation will be allotted on first come first serve
basis. Students should be self sufficient in bedding & linen.

colour on arrival, for formal functions till formal dress is
prepared:-
Ladies : Saree or Trouser suit
Gents : Combination (Coat / Blazer)
