hey friends...use this thread to discuss micat 2009...

my paper...everythingw as going alright till the last section...essay..which was a total disaster for me...

also..mica threw few suprises this year....increase in sections..gk..only 2 essays...and timed sections...(very strict for that)

also there was a major goof up in my centre regarding that pyschometric test...they asked us to mark between 1 to 15...but forgot to provide 6 to 9 in the omr..we were instructed to write with pen pencil and not circle the omr...

also 15 mins extra were given for psychometric...total confusion

Same story here dude..........me too messed up the last section...missed out the story writing almost compeletly!!! :(

We were given only 5 mins extra for pshycometric section cos of the goof up...

hope essay section doesnt ruins my chances for GD/PI

Same story here guys...

I guess 15 mins is too short to write a good 250 words essay... In GMAT they give 30 mins for a similar essay...

The psychometric mess was bad... Initially I marked 5 answers with 1-5 and 10-15... and then again I had to change and redo the calculations.. Overall I think I messed the paper... :(

m pretty disappointed at the creativity part of the paper....sparing the last story writing question i didnt find nething of ceativity sort....

Plus the goof up of section A2 was irritating one...it actually broke the continuity :robot:....me too was not that well prepared...neways lets c wats there in store for us on 3rd march...:confused:

times of india---- virgin radio

recession---two consecutive quarters,...

any idea whether we have sectional cutffs???

dude subprime refers to just low credit score!
there was a question on book by thomas friedman . the answer to it is the world is flat.
and nuclear power question --- i think hte answer is low pollution.
