I have a query to ask to those who have received the offer letter from IIT Roorkee..


What deadline have they given to confirm your seats with IIT-R ?
Have u been asked to pay the full fees ?
Will u get full refund of fees in case of cancellation ?


puys.. pls respond to my first question atleast.. This is important for candidates like me so that they can judge th movement in waiting list and next date of shortlist...

Hi,

A sample offer letter has been posted on the IITR website which asks the candidates to deposit the fee latest by May 1. I guess this means that the post May 1 , further students from the rank list will be offerred the admission letter. U can view the sample letter at the below link

Hi Seniors,
Was a little curious to know about the admission process. I am in the waiting list at rank 81. Initially offer letter was sent to 50 people. Now will the admissions committee be further sending more offer letters to the peeple next in the queue as not all the original 50 must have taken the admissions. Moreover by when can we expect such offer letters, if any.
