Got shortlisted for the GD/PI stage.

Any tips or special info on the GD/PI stage???

What sort of questions are usually asked by the interview board.
I am terrified of the GD round and it would be great if some1 could enlighten me on how the GD round goes, the kind of topics to be expected, or if the process is different in some way from other Bschools, the size of the batches taken in for a single GD, etc etc...

Last year the GD process was an elimination round... If one did not perform well, he was out:snipersm:
