For Each digit from 1,2,4,5,7,8 we have two numbers... 111x & x111... like that...
But for 3,6,9.. we have 3 such cases... 3330,3339,9333...
nd Another number falls in this category.. 9000...
So Total 20 numbers possible..

Answer is 4 years...

By taking ROI @12% pa, After 4 years S.I will be - 48% of amount
By taking ROI @10% pa, After 4 years C.I will be - Around 46.1% of amount

But after 5th year, S.I earned will become 60% of amount but C.I will be More than 60%..
