Most probably the cut-offs would remain the same as last year... around 85. Firstly, there was no difference between NMAT paper of this year and last year.. The difficulty level was almost same. But this year, the number of seats as increased by 50% .. ie from 240 to 360 .. So it may be the case that more number of students would be called for GD PI.. may be around 2500... Last year it was 2000 calls.
So cut-offs should remain around 85... Also NMAT scores also have this trend of giving shockers ... Last year too many students were not quite happy about their marks the way it happened this year..
But as SNAP paper is out, the outrage has reached the level it is seen. As NMAT paper is not out, even though puys get low marks, they won't have any proof to validate their marks..

I always take the first 25 percent score of the poll in PG for Cutoff. Normally, the cut offs lie in that range only. But in NMAT i can see that the top 25 percent scores more than 97. Was the paper so easy this time?

No one is sure of it man... Everyone is just hopeful of their scores.... Agreed that paper was easy... But cut-off can't be and will not be that high... I am sure we will be seeing a complete different picture on the day of result... Don't go by the poll and be hopeful

I'd agree. Considering the 50% increase in the number of seats, I assume close to 3-3.5k calls. I doubt the cut-off would be >88-90.
Cheers,

Hmmmm as for i know they had plans to increase the seats from current 240 to 360 but this is not sure..if this happens then the sectorials seats will no longer exist, the recession does has effect but to what extent it will effect i cant say.. since the competition has increased and considereing same 240 seats am pretty much sure the cutoff would slightly increase..(these views r strictly mine)
NMIMS...
