The cutoffs should be around 80. Clearing sectionals shouldn't b a problem for nebody.

Don't get disappointed guys by the people using calC's. Its not easy to crack all the section using it. and then life is not fair .... right??

If at all you want to do something then give a written complaint to NM.... or beyond that....

this cheating business has now become a part of nmat and not only kolkata but delhi also has its fair share of cheaters... nmims is a so called "reputed" institute but they are extremely inefficient and irresponsible when it comes to conducting nmat...(quite similar to iift)
today after papers were collected and we came out of our room what we found in the next room was the invigilator asking "" have all of you finished your paper ??""... can you believe it ?? i just couldnt believe my ears and was too stunned to react... at that very moment i decided to talk to the nmims representative of my centre... and guess what ?... there was no one from the institute at our centre...
after going through all this who will have the excitement of calculating scores and pin pointing cut offs...
pathetic institute really...

The paper was very much on expected lines.. very easy but cut off will be higher than last yr acc to me!!

And about the cheating part..yeah i totally agree.In my centre people used cellphone(with dictionary and calc) without any problem.There was no checking.Candidates opened their question paper 10 mins early.Answers were copied(some guys attempted even 130+ with collaborative efforts).All this in one centre so you can imagine the scenario.And the fact that NMIMS gives high weightage to nmat score anyone who gets a calls but barely clearing cut offs has very very less chance(read "no").I think ranks below 1200 are just...

QA/DI- 51(expecting around 49)
LR - 33(expecting around 26)

In all total of 118 attempts with no guess work.if its wrong its genuine one.Just praying that cutoff may fall a bit southwards this time, atleast 2 to 3 marks( bcoz of d parajumble que in eng nd reasoning was a bit lengthy)

Overall - 105 :frown:

kicking myself for not attempting more. Could have attempt 10-15 more questions.

My accuracy, judging from previous papers would be 90% in maths and LR and around 70% in English.

So it's goodbye to NMAT.
