Sorry to disappoint you but I m not joining IIT D, and also my number I stay in Hyderabad & after a while I'll be leaving for calicut,so calling all way long from Delhi won't be that useful.U can drop by at IIT D once and meet the students there and enquire; As far as the course is concerened the core which is for almost an year is same for all 3 ; but in 2nd year where the focus area is strenghthend, Your's will be an MBA with focus on Telecom Management. Nonetheless its management and it's one of kind buddy; no one offers it! You can think of being placed in MNC's like Singtel, or Bharti, Hutch etc .You have good options ;
